Cancellations by You

• Cancellation within 24 hours of booking: If you cancel within 24 hours of making a booking, you are eligible for a full refund, provided the booking was made at least 7 days before the check-in date.
• Cancellation up to 30 days before check-in: If you cancel up to 30 days before the check-in date, you will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable fees (e.g., booking fees, service charges).
• Cancellation within 30 to 14 days before check-in: If you cancel between 30 and 14 days before the check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Cancellation within 14 days of check-in: If you cancel less than 14 days before the check-in date, 30% refund will be issued.

Cancellations by Holiday by Trip Clicker Holidays

In the unlikely event that Holiday by Trip Clicker needs to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. We will also make every effort to assist you in finding alternative accommodation or Transport options.
